It is no coincidence that the agro-town Vaverka was chosen as the venue for the folklore festival «Pa ruchniku, in our native huts, we are learning a little radzіma». It is here that the old traditions of Belarusian weaving have been preserved. During the holiday, you will meet local women-weavers Shabelskaya A.A., Tonkevich M.M., Yasyukaitis T.Yu. Craftswomen will provide collections of their towels, share the secrets of weaving and embroidery. Collections of craftswomen, from whom it is impossible to look away, include white textured towels — the traditional weaving of Lidcina. Their beauty and value are in the precision of execution, the spectacular play of chiaroscuro. The guests of the holiday will enjoy master classes, songs, games, contests, household dances. During the holiday, guests will be able to plunge into the original work of folk groups and amateur associations.
