Procedure «Sea breeze» includes: a visit of swimming pool with mineral water, a visit of the sandy room.
Swimming is not for nothing called the most popular form of fitness, it works wonderfully with our bodies. And swimming in the pool with mineral water is doubly useful. Staying in the sand room gives you 100% effect of the stay on the coast because of the sandy walls of the room lined with Himalayan salt.
