For many centuries, people have fully felt the healing properties and benefits of mud and began to use them with pleasure to treat various diseases.
The procedure of local applications in the health-improving center «Talka» is that the mud mass, at a certain temperature and thickness (5-6 cm - sapropelic mud) is superimposed on the part of the body that requires the most effective impact. Applying of the application method allowed to expand the indications for mud therapy for those patients who were contraindicated for the nature of the disease, the state of the cardiovascular system or for other reasons.
