Estate of Romer
To book a tourThe Romer's Manor is located on the east side of the village Maloye Mozheikovo, Lida district, Grodno region, Belarus and is a monument of manor and park architecture of the XIX century. The palace was built in 1880 in the style of late classicism. It is survived a few other buildings of the former Manor: manor house, a living house, a stable, oil-mill and the remains of the park.
Manor house is a rectangular one-storey building (56х22 m), covered with a high hipped roof. The central part is highlighted by four-column portico. The architectural solution of the building is typical for the second half of the nineteenth century, on the territory of Belarus. After the war, the building housed in the estate management of the farm and the club. In the 1980s were done works to restore the estate, but progress has been hit manor park were cut down a large number of trees. Currently, the local administration is located in the estate. All buildings, including the manor house, warehouse and residential building are brought to a good state, but they have been repaired without taking into account the historical and architectural objects.
The farmstead is included in the Cultural Properties of Belarus.
