The famous Belarusian writer and creator of the Belarusian National Theater Vincent Dunin-Marcinkiewicz was buried in the cemetery Tupalschina that is located near Padnevichi village (1 km).

In the past a chamber Tupalschina owned by the landlords Zhebrovskie was situated near the cemetery. But in 1947 the last buildings were moved to the neighboring villages - Padnevichi and Kievets. And in Tupalschina they left only a few graves and neo-gothic chapel-burial vault of the local landowners Zhebrovskie that was built in 1852 from the rubble stone. Today the cemetery looks like a park: tall pines and lilac and raspberry bushes beside ancient monuments.

You can find a tomb of Vincent Dunin-Marcinkiewicz in front of the chapel. Nearby there are the graves of the writer”s second wife and his youngest daughter Tsezarina, who took an active part in the Kalinowsky uprising. The famous Belarusian writer was buried here in 1884. But because of wars and revolutions on the territory of Belarus his grave long time had buing considered not found. In 1951 thanks to the teacher of the Belarusian language and literature in Pershayskaya High School - Nicholas Lomako we know the burial place of Vincent Dunin-Marcinkiewicz.

In 1977 the monument was built near the grave of the famous Belarusian writer - a bronze bust of Vincent Dunin-Marcinkiewicz made by the sculptor Nicholas Yankovenko.
