The history of the Polotsk brewery begins in 1968. It was this year that the first stone was laid in the foundation of the new enterprise «Polotsk Brewery». Already in 1972 the company produced its first beer.
In 2007, the enterprise started production of a new product - kvass fermentation «Starаzhytny», which in 2008 at the 7th international competition-tasting of soft drinks and mineral waters «EXPOFORUM» in Minsk won a gold medal .
Beer and kvass at the Polotsk Beverages and Concentrates Plant are produced from environmentally friendly raw materials without the use of preservatives and stabilizers. Water is taken from artesian wells. Kvass does not contain dyes. The main components in the formulation of kvass fermentation are: sugar, yeast, concentrate of leavened wort (own production). Beer is produced according to the classical scheme with fermentation in camp tanks. The main raw material for beer production is barley malt, brewing own hops production, only high-quality varieties from Germany. reveal all text
