In October 2017, in Yelsk tgere is the festival of young families.
The aim of this festival is the promotion of the status of contemporary young families, creation of conditions for proper upbringing socially active and morally sound members of society, revival and development of family traditions, strengthening of patrimonial ties of generations,raising the prestige of the modern family as an important social institution, promotion of healthy lifestyle, culture of family relations.
