II International Festival-Competition «Art Parade in Vitebsk»
On January 8-10th, 2021 the II International Festival-Competition «Art Parade in Vitebsk» will be held, where young artists from Belarus, Kazakhstan, Russia, Latvia, Cuba will perform. If the epidemiological situation develops so that foreign guests cannot come, the «Art Parade» will be held in a mixed offline+online format.
The winter competition project will begin the celebration of the 30th anniversary of the International Festival of Arts «Slavianski Bazaar in Vitebsk». As before, the winner of this competition will have the opportunity to take part in the official program of the largest European forum.
This year, the organizers of the «Art Parade» have increased the number of nominations and the age limit for participants. Artists from 6 years old and up will be able to showcase their talents in vocals, choreography, instrumental music, visual arts, arts and crafts.
Like last year, a fairy tale for the participants is planned for the opening of the winter competition. This time a performance is being prepared in the genre of a musical based on the stories of the Scottish writer James Matthew Barry «Peter Pan».
Excursions, cognitive and educational programs, master classes by artists and music teachers will be organized for the festival participants.
