The bakery is known for the stable quality of its products, a wide assortment, and a modern approach to production.

On the territory of the enterprise, there is a wholesale trade warehouse store and a brand store "Hot Bread," where everyone can purchase freshly made products. History of Creation

The construction of Minsk Bakery No. 6 was completed in 1981. From its very first days, the enterprise began producing basic products — various types of bread, bakery goods, cookies, and pastries, which became an integral part of the daily diet of the city's residents.

In 1984, the bakery launched an active expansion of its confectionery assortment, significantly broadening the product range. Between 2000 and 2002, a major reconstruction of part of the production facilities was carried out: roofing over one of the sections allowed the bakery to expand its area and increase production volumes.

Since 2003, Minsk Bakery No. 6 has successfully established the production of cakes, making it one of the key confectionery producers in the region. Today, the bakery is included among the recommended sites for visits as part of tours from Minsk and gastronomic tours.

Product Range

Minsk Bakery No. 6 produces from 35 to 45 tons of bakery products and up to 10.5 tons of confectionery products daily.

Among the signature products of the bakery are "Spadchyna" bread, which has become the bakery’s hallmark, as well as the popular oatmeal cookies and frozen puff pastry products.

The product range includes:

  • various types of bread (wheat, rye, whole grain, original recipes);

  • bakery items (loaves, buns, croissants, baguettes);

  • confectionery items (cakes, pastries, cookies);

  • semi-finished baking products (frozen dough and items).

Constant updating of the assortment, the introduction of new technologies, and the use of high-quality ingredients allow the bakery to maintain a leading position in the market. The bakery’s products are available not only in brand stores but also through wholesale trade.
