Detailed information about what's included in the price of a particular tour can be found on the tour description page under its schedule.
How many days in advance can I cancel a tour and get a refund?
Cancellations made no later than 48 hours before the start of an excursion/tour will be refunded. For more information, see the section Booking and payment.
Where do excursions depart from?
Combined group tours from Minsk typically depart from the train station (meet at the central escalator) or another location in the city center. The departure point is indicated on the tour receipt and/or contract.
Individual tours depart from your hotel or a convenient location in the city. We recommend arriving 15-20 minutes before departure, as this is when the group begins to assemble.
What to take with you on an excursion?
We recommend bringing drinking water, a camera, an umbrella or raincoat, and money for additional expenses (souvenirs, donations to temples (if included in the itinerary), meals (if not included in the itinerary), etc.). We also recommend having a printed or electronic copy of your excursion receipt with you when boarding the bus.
Important: Eating and drinking are permitted only at restroom stops outside the bus. Drinking alcoholic beverages (including beer) is strictly prohibited. Also, do not board the bus with hot dogs, ice cream, or other foods that could damage the interior of the vehicle. Before your trip, we recommend that you read the Tourist's Guide
How many participants are there in the tour groups?
The number of participants in a group varies depending on the season. During the off-season, the number of participants is typically up to 20, while in the summer and during the New Year holidays, the number of participants can reach up to 50. If there are more than 30 participants at a particular site, the group is divided into 2-3 subgroups for a more comfortable viewing experience.
What does a set lunch include?
A set hot lunch includes: soup, salad, side dish, main course (chicken or pork), compote or tea, bread, and pastries. Please inform the manager in advance if you have any food intolerances, allergies, or are vegetarian; lunch can be excluded from the tour price.
