REGULATIONS
on the discount system for excursions in Belarus
of the tour operator PCUE «Automated Tourism Technologies»
CHAPTER 1
GENERAL PROVISIONS
1. These Regulations define the types, conditions, and procedure for granting discounts when booking and purchasing excursion services from the tour operator PCUE «Automated Tourism Technologies» through the internet portal ekskursii.by (hereinafter referred to as the Portal), as well as when submitting requests at the office located at: Minsk, Surazhskaya Street 10-21, by phone, via messengers, or social networks.
2. The discount system is aimed at increasing the accessibility of excursion programs, encouraging repeat customer engagement, and developing partner loyalty programs.
3. Discounts are provided to individuals and legal entities in accordance with the conditions established by these Regulations, regardless of the method of submitting the booking request, subject to compliance with the established requirements.
CHAPTER 2
TYPES OF DISCOUNTS
4. When booking and purchasing excursion services from PCUE «Automated Tourism Technologies», the following types of discounts are available:
4.1. Discount with the ekskursii.by discount card – 10%.
Holders of ekskursii.by discount cards are granted a 10% discount on group one-day scheduled excursions listed on the Portal.
The discount does not apply to excursions with special and/or promotional offers, as well as to individual excursions, unless otherwise specified.
4.2. Discount for BSB Bank cardholders and participants of the «Kvetka» loyalty program – 10%.
Clients who are holders of BSB Bank cards, as well as participants of the «Kvetka» loyalty program, are granted a 10% discount on group one-day scheduled excursions listed on the Portal.
The discount is granted upon confirmation of participation in the program or presentation of the relevant card prior to payment for the excursion.
The terms of the discount may be changed within the framework of valid partner agreements.
4.3. Free place for an accompanying adult in children’s groups.
When booking excursions for organized children’s groups, one free place is provided for an accompanying adult for every 10 children.
The free place is granted provided that the group is booked in a single request.
The number of free places is calculated proportionally to the number of children in the group.
4.4. Discount with the «Guest Card» – 10%.
Holders of the «Guest Card» are granted a 10% discount on group one-day scheduled excursions listed on the Portal.
4.5. Promo code discount – from 3% to 10%.
The Portal has the right to grant a discount from 3% to 10% using a promo code as part of marketing campaigns, individual offers, or by decision of PCUE «Automated Tourism Technologies».
Promo codes may be provided to clients personally and may also be distributed through advertising and information channels of the Portal.
The validity period, list of excursions, and other conditions for using the promo code are determined by the Organizer and may be limited.
CHAPTER 3
PROCEDURE FOR APPLYING DISCOUNTS
5. If a client is entitled to several discounts simultaneously, only one discount shall be applied – at the client’s choice or the one with the greatest value.
6. Discounts are not cumulative unless otherwise provided by the terms of a specific promotion.
7. Information about applying a discount must be provided by the client before payment for the excursion if the booking request is processed through a manager of PCUE «Automated Tourism Technologies».
8. The client may independently apply a discount when submitting a booking request on the Portal by entering a promo code or discount card number in the designated field of the excursion booking form.
CHAPTER 4
RESTRICTIONS AND SPECIAL CONDITIONS
9. The excursion organizer reserves the right to change the terms of granting discounts, temporarily suspend, or cancel their validity.
10. Information about changes is published on the Portal and comes into force from the moment of publication.
CHAPTER 5
FINAL PROVISIONS
11. These Regulations are a public document and are available for review by all users of the Portal.
12. Booking an excursion with a discount implies the client’s agreement with the terms of these Regulations.
