A tour of the Khatyn Memorial Complex from Minsk is a journey that allows you to touch the tragic pages of history. You will set off to visit one of the most significant memorial sites in Belarus, preserving the memory of the victims of the Great Patriotic War.
During the tour of the Khatyn Memorial Complex, you will visit the site of the tragedy, see memorials dedicated to the deceased residents of Khatyn and other villages. The Unconquered sculpture, which has become a symbol of the tragedy of the Belarusian people during the Great Patriotic War, deserves special attention. You will also visit the “Village Cemetery”, where the soil of 185 burnt villages is buried.
Immersing yourself in the atmosphere of the memorial, you will be able to feel all the tragedy and grandeur of history, get acquainted with important facts and better understand the events that took place here more than half a century ago.

Memorial complex Khatyn
Khatyn – this Belarusian village you won't find even on the most detailed map. In 1943 it has been wiped out by a flame, together with inhabitants. Khatyn became a symbol of the tragedy of the Belarusian people, the page of grief in the history of the Great Patriotic War, already sad. State Memorial Complex «Khatyn» is a monument in honor of memory of hundreds of Belarusian villages destroyed by the Nazis during the Great Patriotic War and the huge contribution of the Belarusian people, which brought innumerable sacrifices in the name of victory. On the territory of the complex there is also the only «Cemetery of villages» in the world – 185 graves, each symbolizes one of the unrevived Belarusian villages which were burnt with there population.NOTE: A visit to the new museum on the territory of the memorial complex, which opened in March 2023, is NOT INCLUDED in the group excursion program! A visit to the museum can only be organized for individual groups of no more than 10 people and for persons strictly over 12 years of age by prior agreement. -
