To book a tourHorse farm near Logoisk was founded in 2013. To date, this is the first and only horse farm in Belarus, where the mare gets milk and koumiss.
At the horse farm for the entire period of its existence have collected unique breeding heavy horses. Horses are used exclusively for dairy production. For a day, one horse will milked 5 times, and the milking of one mare lasts no more than 2 minutes. For one milking, you can get up to 1.5 liters of mare's milk.
In a day, the farm can collect no more than 1500 liters of milk. The process of obtaining milk is closed. Through pipes it enters a special tank, then it is cooled and sent for processing. There it is already pasteurized and bottled.
To obtain milk and koumiss, specialists on the farm use the latest technologies in the field of dairy farming, and rely on the rich experience of the leading farms in Russia and Europe. As a result, they produce an ecologically clean and useful product, unique for Belarus, which can be found in our country's hypermarkets.
