Cathedral of St. Cyril and Lavrentiy of Turov
To book a tourCathedral of St. Cyril and Lavrentiy of Turov was built in 2010-2013 on the site of a temple destroyed during the Tatar invasions of the XII-XIII centuries.
The first attempt to restore the cathedral was undertaken by the Holy Martyr Mitrofan, Archbishop of Minsk and Turovsky at the beginning of the XX century. Money was already collected for the construction of the temple, but the beginning of the First World War and subsequent events postponed the beginning of the saint for a whole century.
One of 10 Turov stone crosses of the X century is installed on the territory of the cathedral. p>
