The Belarusian House of Printing is the oldest printing enterprise in Belarus, which began its operations on December 19, 1917. In 1921, a vocational school was opened at the House of Printing to train specialists in the printing industry. By 1924, the installation of a new rotary machine capable of producing up to 5,000 impressions per hour significantly increased print production volumes, including the newspaper "Zvyazda." In subsequent years, the enterprise continued to adopt innovations, such as new fonts, which greatly improved print quality.

From 1929 to 1935, a new building for the House of Printing was constructed. During World War II, an underground printing house operated here, producing publications such as "Zvyazda," "Chyrvonaya Zmena," and "Sovetskaya Belorussiya." After the war, the enterprise significantly expanded its operations, producing millions of copies of newspapers, books, and brochures.

In 1971, the Belarusian House of Printing was awarded the Order of the Red Banner of Labor for its contribution to the development of the printing industry. In 1993, it began producing passports, and after 2002, the enterprise mastered modern technologies, opening new horizons for the production of diverse printed materials.

In 2017, the Belarusian House of Printing celebrated its 100th anniversary. Today, it is a unique enterprise that combines decades-old traditions with innovative technologies, remaining a leader in its field.
