Built in 1830, it is an outstanding example of Belarusian wooden church architecture of the 19th century and holds special significance as a monument of traditional Polesie folk architecture. The Intercession Church was built in the traditional Polesie style, typical for Orthodox churches in the southern part of Belarus. It is a wooden structure consisting of three log sections, covered with a hipped roof made of wooden shingles. Distinctive features include simplicity of forms, restrained decoration, and harmonious proportions. The interior stands out due to its original spatial design, with all rooms covered by closed wooden vaults shaped like a pyramid, demonstrating the exceptional talent and craftsmanship of local carpenters. Here, visitors can see unique icons such as the «Intercession» (18th century), «The Last Supper» (19th century), and «Exaltation of the Holy Cross» (1806). Previously, the church was also adorned with royal gates from an iconostasis dating back to the late 17th century, featuring six panels depicting scenes of the Annunciation and images of holy evangelists.
