In the Vitebsk city there is a street Budyonny located in the western part of the city, in the Railway area. It was named in 1923 by the name of Soviet military commander, member of the Civil War, SM Budyonny. Buildings streets began in the middle of the XIX century. In the early XX century on the street were the barracks of the 41st Artillery Brigade (some buildings have survived to this days).
