The memorial complex to the victims of fascism, scorched villages, liberators and fellow countrymen is close to Verhnedvinsk, Vitebsk region, Republic of Belarus at the fork roads Verhnedvinsk - Osveya, Daugavpils - Polotsk. It was opened in 1977 in memory of those killed during the Great Patriotic War of 1941-1945 years.
The authors of this complex is the sculptor I.Kravchenko and the architect M.Tkachuk.
