Town house is a monument of Art Nouveau architecture. It erected in the early XX century. The mansion is a rectangular two-storey building. The facades are yellow in color from the unmalted masonry, decorated with friezes and eaves of red clay. The mansion has an unfinished layout, in the center - a large lobby with columns.
