The building of district court is a monument of architecture of classicism of the second half of the 18th century. The rate of the commander-in-chief of the Russian army was placed in the years of World War I in this building. Partially destroyed in days of the Great Patriotic War, the building in 1950 is updated and transferred to regional museum of local lore.
