The House of Masons is a unique architectural monument from the second half of the 18th century, featuring elements of Baroque and early Classicism, which give it a special elegance and sophistication.

According to legends, members of the Masonic lodge "Northern Torch" used to gather in this building, which is why it earned its popular name — "The House of Masons." Over the years, it was home to the family of the famous composer Stanislaw Moniuszko and also served as the conscription office of the Minsk Governorate.

Today, the building houses the State Museum of the History of Theater and Music Culture of Belarus.
