Rests of ancient Borisov for the first time mentioned in annals 1128 , is in territory of modern manor of state farm, in 4 km from Borisov, on cape. Represent oval (150 x 80) a site of ancient settlement on left to river bank of Berezina in 1,5 km from its present channel. From radical coast the site of ancient settlement separates a ditch. Entrance was from the northeast. Behind a ditch it is located opened selishche-posad. The occupation layer - 0,9 m - on a site of ancient settlement and on settlement it is sated by typical Old Russian ”city” finds XII-XIII centuries: glass bracelets, bilateral bone crests, gold an earring of the Kiev type, fragments of amphoras and etc.
