In 2015 I started Church History Museum of the Belarusian Orthodox Church to the Minsk Theological Academy in the buildings of the first academic building of administration and spiritual and educational center of the Belarusian Orthodox Church. The decision to create the museum was taken at a meeting of the Synod of the Belarusian Orthodox Church March 28, 2013.
The museum funds were formed based on the collection of church antiquities collected by Metropolitan of Minsk and Slutsk Filaret, Patriarchal Exarch of All Belarus. The development concept of the museum was carried out with the assistance of the Department of History and Theory of Art Faculty of the Christian Church Arts Saint Tikhon's Orthodox University and the Department of Church Art and Archaeology churchwide postgraduate and doctoral studies of Saints Cyril and Methodius. The museum's collection, presented in three halls, tells the history of the Orthodox Church in Belarus lands.
