Excursion to the only craft cheese factory in Belarus, where traditional methods of cheese making and refining are used. Making cheese is a very exciting process and thanks to the cheese factory, you can see the whole process from harvesting to real cheese!
You will be told the secrets of cheese making, shown the production and ripening chamber, which uses traditional methods of ripening and caring for cheese, and you can also prepare soft Mozzarella cheese and try it at a tasting.
In addition, you will taste more than 6 types of cheeses of different maturation periods. Fresh mozzarella cheese, hard aged cheeses maturing from 3 to 24 months, as well as cheeses unique for Belarus made from sheep's milk of sheep of the French breed Lacaune.
