Potato kluski (dumplings) is a traditional dish of Belarusian cuisine. For its preparation, as a rule, potatoes are grated on the smallest grater, and kluski are cooked. These dumplings can be served as a main course, as well as a garnish for meat.
The word «kluski» is of German origin. The dish is popular in many countries of the world and each one has its own cooking features.
