On January 8-10th, 2021 the II International Festival-Competition «Art Parade in Vitebsk» will be held, where young artists from Belarus, Kazakhstan, Russia, Latvia, Cuba will perform. Folk carnival, in which the entire Polesie town on the bank of the Goryn is immersed. The tradition of caroling with Konik appeared in David-Gorodok more than 100 years ago. Late in the evening of January 13, Koniki are noisy, singing and dancing on every street of the city. The main character of the carnival is not the Goat, but the Horse. It is made of two round wicker baskets nailed to a frame made of boards or sticks, a head made of felt boots, trimmed with white cloth and painted, a tail made of flax. The horse is accompanied by Grandfather and Baba, Bear, Wolf, Ram, Fox and Hare, Devil and Baba Yaga, Gypsy and Gypsy with a child, Death with a scythe, Astrologer.
January 13 after lunch, the participants of «Koniki» gather in some house and dress up in carnival costumes. «Konik» with a rider, musicians and other characters with laughter and music go out into the streets of the city to sing carols, enter houses where lights are on. Fans of the legendary rock artist believe: Tsoi is alive, at least in the hearts of a generation. But no one believed that 30 years after the collapse of the collective, fans would have a chance to get to a live concert. But it happened! The «KINO»Group will give a two-hour concert.
ОThe main concept of the project: to show what the concerts of a cult rock band can be like after 30 years. Kasparyan, together with Tikhomirov and Titov, will perform songs of the late and early period exactly as they sounded live several decades ago. Some of the songs will be performed by all participants together. Most of the material will be played as close to the original as possible, but it will not do without improvisation and new readings. High-quality sound and amazing stage production await all comers.
The maximum effect of presence will be supported by a specially created video sequence - an almost full-length film created by Firecat Films and consisting of graphics, animation, new and archive footage. Drawings by Viktor Tsoi, the abstract Suprematism of the KINO covers, newsreels, small documentaries, animated band members - these are just a few of the visual special effects that await the audience. Videos, lights and music will be synchronized into a complete multimedia show.

Tankman's day – professional holiday of tankers and tank builders, which is celebrated annually on the second Sunday of September. This holiday was established on July 11, 1946 by a decree of the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR to commemorate the outstanding merits of tank and mechanized troops in the Great Patriotic War, as well as the merits of tank builders in equipping the Armed Forces with armored vehicles.
For military services to the homeland, many tank and mechanized formations were awarded orders, transformed into guards and received honorary names after the names of those cities and regions in the battles for which they distinguished themselves. During the Patriotic War, 250 thousand tankers were awarded government awards, 1142 tankers were awarded the title of Hero of the Soviet Union. The first Belarusian to be awarded this honor was the tank commander Pavel Yemelyanovich Kupriyanov, a native of the Vitebsk region. Many tankmen were twice awarded the title of Hero of the Soviet Union. Three of them are our fellow countrymen, natives of the Mogilev region: Marshal of the Soviet Union Ivan Ignatievich Yakubovsky, General of the Army Joseph Iraklievich Gusakovsky and Colonel Stepan Fedorovich Shutov.

The young talents will perform compositions of jazz classics, works of contemporary foreign and Belarusian musicians and jazz arrangements of folklore.
