Powerlifting rournament ”Bison”

11 - on December, 13th, 2009 in the city of Gomel powerlifting tournament "Bison" in separate events.
Comparioson of lifters will be made using Wilks formula.
Rewarding of winners in such events as squat, bench press, dead lift will be carried out, and
absolute champions in these events and the sum will also be rewarded.
Application forms for participation in the tournament are accepted.






Tournament will be carried out in 4 weight classes:

• under 60 kg,
• under 75 kg,
• under 90 kg
• over 90 kg.

Tournament scedule
On the 11th of December, - weighing of all weight classes
On 12th of December, - squat of all weight classes in FOUR streams, rewarding Winners in squats, a press laying a weight category to 60 kg.
On 13th of December, - bench press in the weight classes under 75, under 90 and over. 90 kg in THREE streams, Rewarding of winners in bench press. Deadlift in all all weight classes in FOUR streams, Rewarding of winners in deadlift , rewarding of absolute champions and triathlon rewarding ceremony.
