Festival of the Middle Ages «Path of the Vikings 2018»

The Internationa Festival of the Middle Ages «Path of the Vikings 2018», which takes place at the territory of Park-Museum of Interactive History «Sula», is dedicated to the era of the legendary trade route «from the Varangians to the Greeks», linked the Baltic sea and the Byzantine lands. The territory of Belarus was a place for major battles and historical events, which today are reflected in reconstruction.

One of the main elements of the festival, which gather a great number of spectators, is the military competition, massive battl and tournaments. Reconstruction of the market square with craftsmen, conducting master classes in pottery, blacksmithing, live music, dancing and merry medieval games will take place here.
The plot of the next festival becomes a continuation of the story told at the last festival. In 2017 it was devoted to the battle on the Nemiga. What will take place this year?
