In the town of Volkovysk will be held Regional youth festival of pop art «Flying high».
Aims and objectives of the festival:
- Disclosure of creative potential of youth;
- Identification of young talents, and to further represent the region at the regional, national festivals and competitions;
- Increased interest in cultural life, to the singing activity, performing arts and music in general;
- The study of musical preferences of the youth audience;
- Development and popularization of variety of genres;
- Support for cultural ties between youth associations.
