Milk festival in Gomel

On the 2nd of October on the square «Vosstania» in Gomel is held the Festival named «Meat-and-Milk world ». First time it’s organized by «Gomelmjasomolprom». There you can find the production of different Belorussian enterprises. The holiday will become original festival of healthy way of life. Its’ program includes:

• exhibition-fair of meat-and-milk production,
• tasting of dairy drinks

All visitors can participate in original competitions. In «Sausage marathon» you can compete in high-speed eating of sausages. And in competition «Milk moustaches» - the winner must be the fastest in milk drinking. All winners will receive useful prizes.

Who wants to give up smoking can do it on the festival. Here you can exchange cigarettes for dairy products. Manufacturers will establish an exchange rate. Each enterprise will offer the alternative to a bad habit – someone can receive a curd cake, and someone a kefir pack.Children can participate in competition of drawings of a cow on asphalt. All time visitors will be entertained by clowns and people on stilts. In the evening there is a special program for youth – competitions, a disco, performance of different bands.
