Festival of traditional culture «Pyatrovitsa»
From July 8 to July 12, 2020 in the Luban district will be heald a festival of traditional culture «Pyatrovitsa». Young people from all over Belarus, as well as from abroad, are going to the festival to learn folk dances.
Main event of the festival is the reconstruction of the ancient Belarusian rite «Pyatrok». The essence of the rite is that the girl puts a wreath on the head of the guy she liked. This means that during the year, until the next holiday, they become a couple and can get married.
