City Day will pass in Vitebsk from June, 25 till June, 26th.

The City Day program is made so that to show everything, than is nice and Vitebsk the XXI-st century is proud. This year the tradition of carrying out of a water cultural-sports holiday on West Dvina in the City Day of Vitebsk will be revived. The scenario of water representation is connected with city history, action will be developed simultaneously on a water smooth surface and on river bank in a uniform semantic sheaf. New technical possibilities will be used.

Historical reconstruction of a pioneer settlement in territory of Vitebsk which will be spent on one of platforms of a complex of cultural-mass rest by it becomes one more highlight of a holiday. Of the Soviet Army. Clubs of historical reconstruction of Vitebsk which colleagues from Novopolotsk and Smolensk plan to join become the main characters of the dramatized representation. Vitebchane and city visitors become witnesses of horse and pedestrian battles, can try dishes of ancient kitchen.
