The second international festival of historical reconstruction of the Middle Ages «Heritage of Centuries»

During June 27-30th 2013 the second international festival of historical reconstruction of the Middle Ages «Heritage of Centuries» will take place in Castle Complex Mir.
These days under walls of Castle Complex Mir, an architecture monument of the XVI-XX centuries, the audience of a festival will be able to become witnesses of knightly tournament, in accuracy recreated by all West European rules and customs of the Middle Ages.
Participants of the festival will be able to spend three unforgettable days in the spirit of medieval competitions and entertainments - pedestrian and horse knightly tournaments, mass group fights, tournament of archers and arbalest, and also practical seminars and entertainment program with medieval games and dances, fiery show. Besides, the feast in honor of winners of the tournament will take place.
«Heritage of Centuries» is large-scale festival of historical reconstruction of the Middle Ages and has no analogs in Belarus. Last year about one thousand representatives from Belarus, Russia, Ukraine, Poland, Lithuania, Latvia and other countries participated in the festival.
