From 8 to 16 July 2014 Vitebsk holiday invites XXIII International Arts Festival «Slavic Bazaar in Vitebsk».

Summer is impossible to imagine without this international holiday - festival that is held annually in Vitebsk for over 20 years. As the Belarusian Star and Star from abroad believe the true honor to speak at Summer amphitheater stage. The festival program:
