Stavok

Stavok - a village in the Pinsk district of Brest region, the center of the Stavok village council. It is located in 9 km north of the center of Pinsk. Motorway P6 (Pinsk - Ivatsevichi) passes through the village and there is a junction of this road with the highway M10 (Brest - Gomel). The locality belongs to the Dnieper basin, a small river Merechanka, a tributary of the Yaselda, flows through the village. Several small villages (Krasievo, Chenchitsy and Rudavin) directly adjacent to the village .

The Church of the Ascension in Stavok was built in 1855. It is the monument of wooden architecture. The church is included in the State list of historical and cultural values of the Republic of Belarus.
Monument to the countrymen who died in World War II. The obelisk was installed in 1985 year.
