Excursion along the Pinsk – Stavok – Logishin – Motol route from Minsk is a one-day tour that introduces the history, architecture, and cultural traditions of Western Polesia. The program includes a tour of Pinsk, visits to Stavok, Logishin, and Motol.

The tour of Pinsk offers a walk along the cozy streets of the ancient town and a look at architectural landmarks. In Stavok, guests will see the Stavok Ascension Church, and in Logishin — the Transfiguration Church and the Saints Peter and Paul Catholic Church.

In Motol, you will visit the Motol Museum of Folk Art “Our Roots”, which features a unique collection of items reflecting the daily life, crafts, holidays, and traditions of the Polesia region. It was established when Hetman of the Grand Duchy of Lithuania, Michał Serwacy Wiśniowiecki, invited Bernardine monks to Pinsk and granted them a plot of land. A large monastic complex and a church were constructed here in the late Baroque style with elements of Classicism. Over the years, the church changed hands multiple times between Orthodox and Catholic communities — today, it is the beautiful Church of Saint Barbara with an iconostasis, where visitors can see unique ancient icons and feel the spirit of centuries past.
Museum of the Belarussian Polesye

The Catholic Church of Peter and Paul in Logishin
