ХІ International children's contest ”Music of hope”

From the 30th of November till the 5th of December, 2009 ХІ International children's contest «Music of Hope» will take place in Gomel in the building of Gomel children's musical School № 1 named after P.I.Chajkovsky.
Music contest is carried out in the "Piano" nomination in three age groups:

• junior (8-10 years inclusive)
• average (11-13 years inclusive)
• senior (14-16 years inclusive)

Program requirements of the contest :

junior age group :

• In round І pieces if music, belonging to the epoch of Baroque will be performed, including a cantilena play and a Masterly etude. Duration of sounding shouldn't be more than 15 minutes;
  
• In round ІІ various plays, (one of which is written by the composer from the country of the participant), duration of sounding shouldn't be more than 12 minutes;

average age group :

• in round І three plays are performed: classic
  sonata allegro (Clementie, Kulau, Haydn, Mozart, Beethoven), a cantilena play and a Masterly etude;
• In ІІ round various plays, (one of which is written by the composer from the country of the participant), Duration of sounding shouldn't be more than 15 minutes;

the senior age group:

• In round І are executed the composition written in the form of classical сонатного Allegro, cantilena the play and two masterly etudes, Duration of sounding shouldn't be more than 20 minutes;
• In round ІІ various plays, (one of which is written by the composer from the country of the participant), duration of sounding shouls be from 20 till 25 minutes.
