«Be-Lа-Rus» International Youth Camp

In July 2017, near the Mound of Friendship (Proshki, Verkhnedvinsk district), there will be «Be-Lа-Rus» International Youth Camp.

This gathering is held more than 20 years in late July at the junction of the borders of Belarus, Latvia and Russia. The campground is located on the hospitable glade (in Belarus) and traditionally brings together the most active, sports and creative boys and girls who are not afraid of distances, borders, rain and heat.
