Final events of the VIII National Environmental Forum in Grodno

Final events of the VIII National Environmental Forum will be held in Grodno from 27 till 28 of August . The forum deals with the problem of flora and fauna protection, environmental problems.The final events of the national environmental forum are traditionally a great pageantry.

Purpose of the event is to draw people's attention to the issue of environmental protection, to see what is being done to solve environmental problems.
During the forum environmental actions, festivals, conferences, competitions and exhibitions will be held in grodno. The town center will become a festival site.
The procession will pass from Lenin Square to the Soviet square, where the opening ceremony is held. Belarusian pop singers will give performance.

Folk craftsmen will show their skills. International open-air wood carvers meeting is scheduled, during which sculptures of animals will be created.

Sporting events and performances of athletes are organised ,there will be a disco for young people and fireworks.

More than 500 official delegates from all regions of Belarus and representatives of vrious districts, creative teams come to Grodno.
