XIII International Festival of Animated Movies Animaevka-2010

XIII International Festival of Animated Movies Animaevka-2010 will be held

from the 13th till the 16th of September in Mogilev .

The annual festival of animated Movies will bring together representatives from 19 countries worldwide. Fifty of the best cartoons will be shown during the Festival.

For the first time cartoonists from Bashkortostan and Italy take part in «Animaevka» . Cartoonists from Lithuania have set a record - they will present more than 20 works to the public. Cartoonists from Georgia are going to show their new project "Fairy Tales of the World", and their colleagues from Hungary have put deep social satire into their creative work. Many interesting and creative projects will be presented by Belarusfilm ».

Traditionally winners are selected in five nominations : animated film, experimental film, film for children, audience award.

The founders of the festival are the Ministry of Culture of Belarus, Department of Cinematography of the Ministry of Culture, Mogilev Executive Committee Directorate for Culture, Department of Culture of the Mogilev City Executive Committee.
