«Candy fest» in Ivenets

On June 22 the traditional festival «Candy fest» will take place in Ivenets, the candy capital of Belarus.
The «Candy fest», which is carried out by the confectionery company «Ivkon», gives the opportunity not only to regale on production of local confectionery «Ivkon», but also to plunge into the atmosphere of medieval show with knights, their ladies, musicians and even mythical heroes - mermaids, the Firebird, the Dragon and others. The festival passes on the estate of count Daraguntsev, the ruins of which gives it a special spirit.
Every year festival is enriched with new elements which act as a link between the past and the present. Throughout the day fair of national crafts, where smiths show and report the skill, potters, weavers and a lot of other talented masters will work.
Numerous actors and musicians, animation theater, ethnocollectives and studio of historical ballroom dances will take part in the festival.
Guests of a sweet festival can win a candy present in the competitions and quizes, and also to make fine travel to the past, take pleasure from improbable adventures and be loaded with positive emotions.
