August 23 -24 2013 in Zelva, Grodno region, the «Ann`s Fair» will be held.
The two-day fair will be a great event for everyone. Will summarize the results of competitions for the best decoration of balconies, the best work of decorative art, the most interesting photos, the best scenario of the festival, for the best costume. The program will also close an open-air wood-carvers, «Craft Fair», where everyone will be able to buy interesting souvenirs, demonstration of craft items and workshops, an exhibition and sale of loaves, the presentation of manors and lands of small and medium-sized businesses, horse-drawn carriages.
The «Kolos» stadium to host events related to the «horse» fair tradition: the contest for the best horse cart, the theater performance «Berserk» (Minsk) (stunt, chivalrous show, archery, crossbow), and horseback riding.
In the park guests of the fair and local residents will be able to try their hand by participating in popular attractions «Prize pillar», «Stump and nail», «Grunwald», «Fishing» and etc. All the fairground action will be accompanied by music: concerts with the band «Vudvor» (Germany), the group «Art Belarusians», «Extravaganza» (Minsk). It is planned fire and foam-laser show in the evening.
This trade-entertainment events has its roots in the beginning of the XVIII century, when Zelva owners magnates Sapieha managed in 1720 to get «pryviley» King Augustus on bidding and fairs.
