VII International tournament in Ultimate Frisbee "Brest withoutout limits -2010 " will be held at the training camp of the FC Dinamo Brest from the 22nd till the 23rd of May, 2010 .
The organizers of the tournament are the Brest Ultimate Club Phoenix and Belarusian Youth Organisation in the city of Brest.
Applications are accepted till the 25th of April.

Ultimate or Ultimate Frisbee is a team sport, played with a flying disc ("Frisbee" or something similar). The game is played by two teams on a rectangular field with the zones at the ends. The aim is to pass the disc to the player of the same team, who stands in the zone of the rivals. The game of Ultimate is usually goes at high speeds, which requires considerable stamina from the players. Each team consists of seven field players and an unlimited number of substitutes. Teams are of three types: male, female and mixed. Ultimate is distinguished from other games by such a notion as game spirit. The game is played, based on the principles of fair play, sportsmanship, and general joy of the process.
