The House on the Market is a unique Baroque architectural monument, the only surviving example in Belarus of urban housing with a characteristic facade typical of the first half of the 18th century. Similar houses once surrounded the Town Hall Square in Nesvizh, forming a harmonious architectural ensemble with the town hall. The building's distinctive features include a Baroque facade concealing a gabled roof and the combination of materials: the first floor is made of brick, while the second is wooden.

An interesting fact: the house was divided into two parts — residential and workshop. The first floor housed the craftsman’s workshop, where he worked, while the second floor served as living quarters for his family.
