To book a tourThe Market House is a unique Baroque architectural monument and the only preserved example in Belarus of urban housing with a distinctive facade typical of the first half of the 18th century. Similar houses surrounded the Nesvizh Town Hall Square on three sides, creating a harmonious architectural ensemble with the town hall. The Baroque facade of the building conceals a gable roof, with the first floor built of brick and the second floor of wood.
Interestingly, the house was divided into two parts: residential and production. The workshop, where the craftsman worked, was located on the first floor, while the craftsman and his family lived on the second floor.
This site can be included in excursions across Belarus to learn more about the history and architecture of Nesvizh. A tour from Minsk offers the opportunity not only to see the Market House but also to explore other landmarks of the city.
