Open Tristyle Water Cup Swimming Competition

On December 1st the Tristyle Water Cup swimming competitions will host in Minsk. Everyone from 18 to 70 years old can take part in personal and team competitions.

You can compete in the following disciplines:

30 minutes: you must swim as much as possible in the specified time. The one who overcomes a great distance wins.
60 minutes: you must swim as much as possible in the specified time. The one who overcomes a great distance wins.
Relay 15 minutes: 3 participants, replacing each other after 100 meters, swim in the order specified in the application for 15 minutes. The team that overcomes the greatest distance wins.
Family Relay: 3 participants (dad, mom, child up to 14 years old) swim a distance of 300 m (100 m for each one) in the freestyle in the sequence: dad, mom, child.

Individual winners are determined separately among men and women in the categories: lovers up to 30 years old (inclusive), lovers from 31 to 44 years old (inclusive), lovers over 45 years old.
Winners in relay races are determined by categories of men, women, mix, family.

Awarding of the winners takes place 30 minutes after the finish of each swim. Participants in personal competitions taking 1st, 2nd, 3rd place are awarded with memorable prizes. In the relay heats, the winners of each category are awarded.
All competitors receive a finisher medal.

The organization and conduct of the competition is carried out by the Triathlon Club «TriStyle» public association with the assistance of the Ministry of Sports and Tourism.
