International Festival of Historical Reconstruction ”Mensk Starazhitny”

Minsk , Festival 12 - 13 September 2020

The festival program includes a series of reconstructions that start with the first settlements on the territory of Belarus and end with the Second World War. Historical clubs from Belarus and foreign countries, which specialize in reconstructions of the times of the Principality of Polotsk, the Grand Duchy of Lithuania, the Roman Empire, the events of 1812, world wars, will take part in the "military actions".

In addition to the historical block, "Mensk Starazhitny" is ready to offer at least an interesting musical program : popular folk and rock bands will appear on the stage. A traditional city of craftsmen and a food court will unfold on the territory of the festival.

The global idea of the festival is to remind Minsk residents and guests of the city about the most important events of ten centuries of Minsk history.
