Rich – an ancient harvest festival dedicated to the day of the autumnal equinox. By this time, the field work was completed and the work of the peasants was transferred to the yard, to the barn, to the mill. The very name of the holiday reminds us of the wealth, prosperity and well-being that the peasant received after harvesting.

The villagers arranged a special ceremony that was supposed to ensure harvest and prosperity. From each yard they brought a handful of grain and filled a box, solemnly walked around the village and left it for a year with one of the owners. This box - «bagach», was supposed to bring wealth, prosperity and happiness to the village.

Expect: a solemn tour of the village accompanied by traditional ritual chants; a master class on threshing grain; a master class on making a holiday card; a treat; traditional games and dances.
