The unique for Belarus project «Video Game Symphony» - music of computer games performed by a symphony orchestra and choir - will present its new program «Video Game Symphony. Vol.2» in the concert hall" Minsk "!

The premiere concert of the «Video Game Symphony» project took place in April 2021 and, according to music critics, journalists, as well as game community bloggers, became a real musical discovery and breakthrough for Belarus. «Video Game Symphony» is the first and only project in our country that has specially created arrangements of music from computer games for a symphony orchestra and chorus in its repertoire.

Within the framework of the new program «Video Game Symphony. Vol.2», the public will be presented with popular hits to cult video games: «World of Warcraft», «Dota 2», «TES: Skyrim», «Diablo», «Final Fantasy», «Battlefield», «World of Tanks», «Dark Souls», «Sonic», «Mortal Kombat», «Heroes of Might and Magic V», «Starcraft», «Assassin`s Creed», «Super Smash Bros.», «Metal Gear Solid 2», «Witcher» and many other projects.

The incredible atmosphere of the live sound of computer music performed by the orchestra and choir will give the concert a drive and will not leave anyone indifferent. This time we have again collected the best collection of music from the most popular video games that have won the hearts of millions of people around the world and will forever remain in the memory of generations.

Opening of Vladimir Tolstyk's exhibition Melodies of the festive city

On September 10, 2025, at 18:00, the Mikhail Savitsky Art Gallery will open a personal exhibition of the People's Artist of Belarus Vladimir Tolstik. The exhibition, organized jointly with the National Art Museum and the National Center for Contemporary Arts, is dedicated to the Minsk City Day.

Visitors will see genre and allegorical compositions, portraits and urban canvases of the master, which combine the traditions of the Renaissance, romantic historicism and the Belarusian school of painting. A special place is occupied by the work My Academy, dedicated to the creative atmosphere of the Academy of Arts.

Pastel is a material that gives the artist incredible freedom. Its lightness and pliability allow you to convey any mood, from fleeting impressions to deep, multi-layered compositions. At the exhibition, you will see how 13 talented authors, including classics and modern masters, reveal the potential of this material. Among them are Gavriil Vashchenko, Natalia Marchenko, Georgy Poplavsky and others.

The exhibition presents more than 60 works: from realistic landscapes and portraits to abstract and symbolic works. You will be able to appreciate how pastel combines with watercolor, acrylic and oil, creating unique visual effects.
