From the 2nd till the 5 of December the third International festival of hairdresser's art, decorative cosmetics and nail-design «Wind rose Hair-2010» will take place in Minsk.

What is modern and fashionable today? What hairstyles and hairdos prefer celebrities? What kind of make-up will go well with your face and dress style? How can you make up the fingernails to become the most charming and attractive creature in the world? To answer these questions you need to attend the festival «Wind rose Hair-2010».

It is expected that many international experts will arrive in Minsk to take part in this event. Different competitions will help to choose the best masters who will represent Belarus in the World championship and Europe.

Participants of competition should represent the following works:

a creative hairdo,
a classical hairstyle,
a fashionable hairdo on the long hair,
an evening hairdo,
a fashionable salon hairstyle,
a full man's image.

Competitive nominations for makeup artists: a cat-walk and a fantasy make-up, a wedding make-up, a body art.

Masters of manicure should create: a modeling of fingernails on gel and acrylic technology, design of fingernails from a cover, a saloon manicure.

At the festival «Wind rose Hair-2010» will pass a command competition among salons for the Cup of Minsk, an individual competition «Best master of year», and also various competitions on prizes of the leading perfumery-cosmetic firms, manufacturers of professional accessories.
