Evening of July 6 in the metropolitan park of the 900th anniversary celebration will be held in Minsk ancient ritual feast Kupala. This year's Midsummer is dedicated to the 125th anniversary of the birth of Yanka Kupala, who was born on July 7. The festivities will take place on the shore of the reservoir Chizhovskogo. From six o'clock to start the main action, which will be held at three venues, the first - the ritual - will be located near the water. There will be singing songs Kupaly, guessing at the crowns, to meet the fire-god Perun, who will light a huge bonfire. Another site, according to an organizer of the holiday, will be at the main entrance to the park. There also will be performed ceremonial songs. There will also be located with Ivan Kupala Kupalinka and devils and water that will try to interfere with the holiday. At the entrance to the park will also be organized horseback riding, children's sewing machines, will be inflatables for the kids. On the third floor will be entertaining sports competitions and games.

The celebration will be attended by folk song and dance «Mіnskіya muzykі» folk ensemble «Verbіtsa» theater song «Hvіlіnka» creative team «Zolak» exemplary ensemble of dance «Iris Show» and the composer Igor Luchenok and honored artist Belarus Vladimir Provalinsky.

Celebration will end with fireworks at 23.30 «on the surface of the water reservoir Chizhovskogo».
